A.N.D. Executive Director, Thomas Cook Delivers Testimony at OMB Budget Public Hearing
Ability Network of Delaware, Executive Director, Thomas Cook, delivered testimony on Wednesday, November 9th at an Office of Management and Budget (OMB) public hearing in Dover. Mr. Cook spoke in front of OMB director, Brian Maxwell and staff to encourage the support of $393, 496 in proposed price adjustments to contracts in janitorial services that employ persons with disabilities.
