A.N.D. Executive Director Testifies at JFC Hearing on FY 2020 Budget for the DDDS and DSAMH

Executive Director of the Ability Network of Delaware Thomas Cook testified at the Joint Finance Committee Hearing on February 21, 2019. He shared his thoughts on Governor Carney’s recommended budget for FY 2020 for the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services and the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health.
